A research panel that had to recruit two audiences at once
B2B Insight Panel, powered by Beacon Martech, is a community of business professionals and decision-makers who take part in paid research studies. It needed a public site that would convince a busy executive to join, show exactly how matching, surveys and rewards work, and give brands and research teams their own route in. We designed and built it: a bright, app-like site in the panel's blue with phone mockups of the real member product on every page, a four-step How It Works, a nine-step journey for organisations, an FAQ, a blog and a contact page, ready for the app-store listings that follow.

What the client measured.
Two audiences, one site, and trust to earn from both.
Paid research panels live or die on trust. A professional being asked for their opinion wants to know who is asking, how they were matched, what the reward is and when it arrives. The organisation paying for the study wants verified respondents, clean data and a team that manages the field work. Neither audience has patience for a site that speaks to the other.
The brief was a site that leads with the member: show the product, not just describe it, make the rewards concrete, answer the privacy question before it is asked, and still give brands and research teams a clear route of their own, all built on the same design system as the member app.

How we got there.
Design to launch, 2026, design + engineering: here is how the time was spent.
Discover
Sessions with the Beacon Martech team on how members actually join and drop off, which questions support gets most, and what organisations need to see before they commission a study. Those three inputs set the page list and the FAQ.
Design & prototype
A bright system built around the panel's deep blue and a green accent: a phone in the hero cycling through browse, answer, submit and get paid, numbers tiles, a product tour, and phone mockups drawn from the real member app, tested as clickable prototypes.
Build & test
A Next.js site with home, How It Works, For Organisations, FAQ, blog and contact pages in an English locale ready for more. Animated app mockups, a video product tour, a filterable FAQ, a topic-based contact form and app-store badges, checked at desktop, tablet and phone widths.
Launch & optimise
Live at b2binsightpanel.com with page metadata, a language switcher, cookie, privacy, EULA and terms pages, and a support chat, then the home-page section order tuned from where visitors paused and where they tapped Join.
Show the product, prove the reward, answer the privacy question.
Visitors land on a phone cycling through the four things a member does, read the numbers, take the product tour, see how studies are matched to their profile, watch a reward being redeemed, choose how they want to be paid, read why the panel exists and what it promises about their data, hear from members, get the top five FAQs, and join. Organisations get their own page with the nine-stage research journey and six reasons to work with the team.

Member journey
How It Works walks through profile, matching, answering and reward with a mockup of the real app at every step and payout times for UPI, PayPal, gift cards and bank transfer.
Product mockups
Survey lists, a live question, a reward confirmation and a rewards centre, all rendered from the panel's design system rather than screenshots, so the site always matches the app.
For organisations
A nine-stage journey from objectives and audience definition through QA, soft launch, data quality and reporting, with six reasons to work with the team and a contact call to action.
Trust
Numbers tiles, a GDPR-compliant promise with five data commitments, eight member reviews, an FAQ with fifteen answers and a support contact form with topics.
