We designed and built the platform that removes the queue: documents stored in the cloud, the nearest store found and navigated to in a tap, and a vendor side that brings print shops onto the network.

The traditional printing system meant long queues and unpredictable delays, turning a simple task into a frustrating routine that demanded time, patience and repeated effort. From students managing assignments to professionals handling urgent documents, the process lacked speed, convenience and flexibility at the moments when efficiency mattered most.
We addressed it with a digital-first printing solution that removes queues and delays: fast, on-the-go document printing that gives people speed and flexibility when they need it, and gives print shops a stream of orders they never had to queue-manage.

Discovery
We began with a deep understanding of the real-world printing challenges everyday users face. Research surfaced the key issues in the traditional system: long waiting times, last-minute rushes and a plain lack of convenience.
Design & prototype
The app was designed around ease of use and minimal steps. Interactive prototypes tested the whole user journey, so the experience felt fast, smooth and effortless from the very first screen.
Build & test
The platform was developed through a structured process focused on performance, reliability and scalability, with multiple testing phases to optimise speed, remove bugs and keep functionality consistent.
