Make paying feel simple, human and effortless.
The client aimed to redefine digital payments by making transactions effortless and human-centric. Their goal was to eliminate the slow steps of traditional payment methods and remove the need for UPI handles and PINs altogether: a solution that lets users pay seamlessly with facial recognition while being fast, secure and user-friendly.
We partnered closely with the client to engineer that vision into reality, combining critical thinking, cutting-edge recognition technology and iterative testing to deliver a scalable, secure product.

Discovery
We collaborated with stakeholders to understand payment delays, user frustrations and operational challenges. These insights defined the need for a faster, contactless and more reliable checkout experience.
Design & prototype
Insights were translated into detailed user flows and interactive prototypes. Early user validation ensured the solution was intuitive, secure and aligned with real in-store behaviour.
Build & test
An iterative, sprint-based build where features were built, reviewed and optimised continuously. Each build went through rigorous security and accuracy testing for reliability, quality and performance.
Launch & optimise
After deployment, real user data was monitored for continuous optimisation, ensuring smooth operation at scale.
A happier way to pay.
Customers authorise payments with their face while the vendor manages billing on the POS: two screens, one seamless payment. A high-accuracy recognition engine verifies identity, all biometric data is encrypted and processed securely, and an integrated smart wallet auto-selects the best linked payment method for each transaction.
UPI-less payment
No QR codes, no UPI handles, no PIN. Your face is your password: smile to pay and complete the transaction in seconds.
Secure biometric authentication
A robust recognition engine with high-accuracy face match; all biometric data is encrypted, minimising fraud and eliminating manual verification.
Dual-screen experience
The vendor bills on their POS while the customer sees a dedicated screen for facial authentication and amount confirmation.
Smart wallet system
Link cards, bank accounts and UPI in one secure wallet, with balance checks, history and secure fund management.
