Thirty-three years of stadiums, one site the team can run themselves
Freewill Infrastructures has supplied and installed sports flooring, stadium seating and competition equipment across India since 1990, with more than 100,000 seats laid and every National Games since 1992 on its reference list. Its catalogue changes constantly, so a brochure site was never going to hold. We designed and built the marketing site and a custom CMS behind it: a cream-and-teal editorial design with a product catalogue, a milestone timeline and a filterable gallery, all edited by the Freewill team.

What the client measured.
A catalogue that changes faster than a brochure site can.
Freewill's range is wide and moving: a padel court line launched this year, five seating systems, more than thirty gymnastics products under Spieth, plus fencing, catalogues in PDF, a growing gallery and a news feed that goes back to 2017. Every earlier site went stale because each new product or project needed a developer.
The brief was a site that carries the company's history and certifications with the authority a stadium contractor needs, and a content management system so the sales and marketing team can add a product, upload a venue photo or publish a news item themselves, with the site rebuilding around it.

How we got there.
Design to launch, 2026, design + engineering: here is how the time was spent.
Discover
Sessions with the Freewill team on who buys (schools, universities, clubs, federations and government sports bodies), what they ask for first (certifications, references, specifications) and which content changes most often. The old site, the printed catalogues and the product spec sheets were audited to define the content model.
Design & prototype
A cream editorial system with the brand's teal and a green accent, condensed uppercase headlines, a scroll-driven intro that counts the numbers up, a dark milestone timeline, a numbered references list and product cards that work whether a category holds one product or thirty-two.
Build & test
A Next.js site with home, About, Products, product detail, Gallery, Videos, News, Blog, Catalogue and Contact pages, reading from a Supabase database and storage, with a custom CMS for pages, products, categories, gallery, videos, news and blog, and enquiry forms with a WhatsApp shortcut, checked at desktop, tablet and phone widths.
Launch & optimise
Content migrated from the previous site and the catalogues, page metadata written for every product and article, the CMS handed over with training, and the team publishing their own products and news from the first week.
A stadium-grade front, a CMS at the back.
Visitors land on a scroll-driven intro (100,000+ seats installed, every National Games since 1992), meet the four product categories, travel a timeline from the 1992 Gerflor partnership to the 2022 turf expansion, scan 26 event references, see the gallery and partner testimonials and reach the enquiry form. Product pages carry benefits, specifications and a blueprint; the gallery filters by category; catalogues download as PDFs. Behind it, the Freewill team edits all of it from the CMS.

Custom CMS
An admin built for Freewill on Supabase: pages, product categories, products with specification sections and images, gallery items by category, videos, news, blog posts and catalogue PDFs, with media stored in buckets and served through image optimisation.
Product catalogue
Four categories and 39 products, each with a hero, benefits, numbered specification groups and a blueprint image, plus a quote form on the same page so a spec reader can enquire without leaving.
Proof and history
A milestone timeline, a 26-event references list, the ASSOCHAM award, founder profiles, partner and federation logos and real testimonials from Balewadi and St. Vincent, all on the record.
Enquiry everywhere
A quote form on the home page, every product page and the contact page, a WhatsApp button that follows the visitor, office details with a map, and a one-working-day reply promise.
