A hallmarked jeweller's catalogue, browsable online
Labbaik Jewellers sells BIS-hallmarked gold and silver jewellery from two showrooms in Kondhwa and Hadapsar, Pune, with a signature 7-day custom-jewellery promise. Its designs had only ever been seen across a counter. We designed and built its website: a rosegold-toned catalogue of pendants, earrings, rings and necklaces managed in a headless CMS, product pages with purity, hallmark and design notes, a WhatsApp enquiry path on every piece, and a customise page where customers upload a reference image and receive a quote.

What the client measured.
Hallmarked designs, a seven-day custom promise, and no way to see either before walking in.
Labbaik had two busy showrooms, a loyal neighbourhood clientele and a stock of Kuwaiti and Turkish-style gold designs, but online it existed only as a map pin and an Instagram feed. Customers comparing jewellers from home, or relatives buying from abroad, had nothing to browse and no way to start a conversation about a specific piece.
The brief was a site that felt as considered as the jewellery: show every collection with its own photography, put the facts that matter on each design, purity, hallmark, style, let people enquire about one piece in one tap, and turn the 7-day custom-design promise into something a customer can act on from their phone.

How we got there.
Design to launch, 2026, design + engineering: here is how the time was spent.
Discover
Sessions with the family at the Kondhwa showroom on how pieces are actually chosen: by category first, then by design and purity, then a conversation about weight and price. That became the site's three levels: collection, design, enquiry.
Design & prototype
A rosegold visual system drawn from the shop's own signage: Cormorant Garamond headings, warm off-white surfaces, a dusty-rose gradient for actions, and a photography plan that shot every design on the same black card and satin so the grids read as one collection.
Build & test
A React single-page app with the catalogue in Prismic, so the family adds a design by uploading a photo and filling in name, purity and details. Category grids with a design filter, product pages with a lightbox, related pieces and a pre-filled WhatsApp enquiry, plus contact and customise forms with image upload, checked across phones, tablets and desktops.
Launch & optimise
Live at labbaikjewellers.com with Instagram and Facebook linked, both showroom addresses and opening hours in the footer, then the first collections photographed and published by the team themselves, with the home carousel and signature-collection story tuned from what visitors opened.
Pick a collection, open a design, ask about it on WhatsApp.
Visitors land on a slow hero slider of the shop's photography, scroll a carousel of the five collections, open one to a grid of named designs, tap a piece for a full-height photo with purity and hallmark details, and send a WhatsApp enquiry about that piece in one tap. The About page tells the Pune story and the four commitments, Contact lists both showrooms, and Customize turns a reference image into a 7-day order.

Collections catalogue
Five collections, each a grid of designs photographed on the showroom's black card and satin, with an all-designs filter, hover names and a back link to the collection overview.
Product pages
A full-height photo with click-to-enlarge lightbox, the collection, design name and purity, 18K/22K gold or 925 silver, a details list such as Kuwaiti design, hallmark certified and hypoallergenic, and three you-may-also-like pieces.
WhatsApp enquiry
One rosegold button on every product page that opens WhatsApp with the design already named, so the price and weight conversation starts where the family already talks to customers.
Customise & contact
A customise form with name, email, phone, design brief and drag-and-drop reference image for the 7-day guarantee, and a contact page with a message form, both showroom addresses, phone, email and 11am to 7pm hours.
Inside the product.

The stack behind it.
“I founded Labbaik with a simple belief: that jewellery is not just adornment, but a keeper of moments. Today, we bridge the intimacy of our Kondhwa and Hadapsar showrooms with a global vision.”
